The better way to modernize legal, built from the inside out.
Factor was founded on a simple belief: the intersection of business and law deserves better than it was getting. We've spent years doing the hard work of modernizing how legal teams operate: rolling up our sleeves, building the infrastructure, and delivering trusted outcomes in real environments. That experience is now the foundation of everything we build.
Legal that works
the way you need.
Legal is a high-trust function. That means the value of any tool, team, or system lives or dies on whether the outputs can actually be relied on — reviewed, defended, and acted on with confidence. Most of the market has optimized for speed or surface. We've optimized for trust. Not as a feature, but as the foundation. We know what trusted delivery actually requires because we've had to build it ourselves, from the ground up, in complex contracting environments where our clients are counting on us to get it right.
- Trust is the infrastructure underneath everything we build.
- Our architecture came from practice, not theory. We built it by solving the operating problem in real legal environments first.
- We're building the system that helps legal teams operate differently.
